What is Tico Tico Villas?
Tico Tico Villas are flexible-stay, adult-only studio apartments in Manuel Antonio. You are welcome to stay for a night, a week, or reserve monthly. We are an easy option for independent couples traveling, nomads and pensioners, who don’t want the typical hotel atmosphere. As we live onsite you will meet us and see us frequently helping our guests organize the details of their days. Our studio apartments are arranged for you to be secure, and comfortable; complete with amenities so you can economically visit and explore the southern Pacific zone of Costa Rica. We provide you with the basic amenities to live, work or relax at our small garden enclave near the heart of Manuel Antonio.
